Methodology of Knowledge Management Implementation

Today, knowledge is the strategic key resource. Knowledge management is an approach that many commercial companies use to deal with knowledge. Nevertheless, it is still very difficult to find a full description of methodology of KM implementation. The main reason is that similar methodologies are usually part of trade secret or intellectual property. It leads to the efforts of the individual organizations to develop their own methodology. The Faculty of Informatics and Management of the University of Hradec Kralove (FIM UHK), Czech Republic, belongs among them. Although this methodology is still in the phase of development, the main goal of this paper is a brief description of this methodology and delineation of its single parts.
