M/I Homes, Inc. Improves Productivity With Real-Time Construction and Financial Information

M/I Homes, Inc. wanted to increase productivity and profitability in the increasingly tight homebuilding market and increase operational control at the corporate level. The challenge was to facilitate improved communication between parties involved in the building process, including suppliers and subcontractors. M/I Homes, Inc. implemented Oracle Application Server and Oracle SOA Suite to integrate M/I Home's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system with industry-specific scheduling and supply chain software, Hyphen BuildPro as well as leveraged Oracle SOA Suite to streamline business processes.
