Microsoft Donations Help Propel Auckland Rescue Helicopter Trust Higher

Auckland Rescue Helicopter Trust (ARHT) has over 110,000 community and corporate supporters and made in excess of half a million transactions over the last ten years. With the help of a Microsoft donation ARHT has been able to rely on efficient database solutions that are easy and reliable to use. By the latter part of the 1990's ARHT's systems were insufficient and the company needed to make some significant investments. Microsoft, through its software donation programme, came to the rescue and donated Microsoft Windows XP and Office XP in 2001. It made a further donation of Windows Server 2003, and Microsoft Office 2003 in 2005.
