Microsoft Partner Recruitment Efforts Streamlined With Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Recruiting new partners to fill niche markets is an integral part of the through-partner sales strategy at Microsoft. Vital to the success of these efforts, partner recruitment groups are tasked with identifying best-fit partners and managing them through the recruitment life cycle. However, the groups lacked a standardized process and toolset to handle such a task. With aspirations to achieve one centralized solution and gain visibility and reporting at a global level, the groups turned to Microsoft IT (MSIT) for its expertise with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Over the course of only three months, MSIT developed the Partner Recruitment Tracker. This tool, based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM, supports the recruitment process, helping to provide better services to partners, streamline operations, and ultimately increase productivity.
