Use of mobile devices will open significant opportunities for e-commerce, payment services, information services and entertainment. However, adoption of mobile commerce in Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Consumer (B2C) sectors in Malaysia has been relatively low. Nevertheless, due to the rapid growth in the numbers of mobile users, it is crucial for companies to fully understand what influence consumers satisfaction. As consumer perception of services would influence the level of satisfaction, companies should then pay attention to the attributes that are perceived as important by consumers for making choices.
