Mobile Payment System-A Secure Approach

This paper is to design a complete architecture and model of SMS-based mobile payment system, which could be used to implement a wireless platform for transferring money from one person to other person, paying utility bills and etc. Mobile communication devices have become popular tools for gathering and disseminating information and data. When sensitive information is exchanged using SMS, it is crucial to research the content from eavesdroppers as well as ensuring that the message is sent by a legitimate sender. The world of telecommunications, especially mobile communications, continues to evolve with innovative technologies and high-speed data services. The mobile payment is the one of the most promising future applications in the domain of M-Commerce.
