As mobile workers rely more and more on hand-held devices, it has become increasingly imperative that they not only have access to CRM data through their mobile device, but have a full CRM application running on their device. In addition, as the functionality of mobile devices expands (e.g. cameras, GPS navigation, signature capture, and barcode and credit card readers, etc.), there is the opportunity to integrate more types of valuable data and transactions directly into a CRM database through mobile devices. The most recent version is CWR Mobile CRM 4.0, a mobile client for Dynamics CRM 4.0, which can run on any device powered by Microsoft Windows Mobile software.
