Modernized IT Brings National Housing Agency Into the 21st Century

The agency lacked a central point of contact for its 12,000 users across 80 locations, which led to inconsistent technical assistance. What's more, its systems operated on outdated mainframes that were no longer supported by vendors. So the agency set out on a monumental mission to modernize its IT environment, aspiring to earn a higher rating on the President's Management Agenda as a result. The agency looked to HP to overhaul its data center, optimize security, provide business continuity and enable an industry-best enterprise architecture for all of its business lines.
