The MAN Nutzfahrzeuge AG is a subsidiary of the MAN Group with 50.000 employees worldwide and a turnover of 13 billion per year. Secure Enterprise Management. NCP's task comprised: transparent access to internal applications for the mobile workforce (e.g. email server, terminal server, 3270 hosts), monitored Internet access. The challenge was to have easy usage by individual Teleworkers through 'Single sign on' and 'Always on' availability for toll free numbers. MAN deployed remote access via laptop and modem, ISDN, GPRS, UMTS, WLAN, LAN and the Internet, central management, IPSec VPN infrastructure: secureVPN client (T-Online) with integrated iPass interface, authentication via E-Token, several NCP Secure Enterprise Servers, NCP Secure Enterprise Management, NCP Secure Enterprise Load Balancing Server.
