The company had been an early adopter of Palm® smartphones and sought an updated Windows Mobile® solution that could easily integrate with third-party applications.

The Needle & Rosenberg implementation included Palm Treo smartphones running on the Windows Mobile platform and a variety of value-added commercial software.
