Nortel on Nortel: Upgrading WLAN Security to 802.11i

At Nortel IT security is always top of mind, especially when making changes to the Wireless LAN (WLAN) infrastructure. The challenge was to simplify the end user experience for wireless LAN connection and authentication process. It deployed Nortel WLAN Security Switch - together with the ratification of the IEEE 802.11i standard - provided opportunity to simplify the user experience, maintain rigorous WLAN security, and reduce costs.
