Optimized VMware Backup and Recovery With EMC Avamar and EMC CLARiiON Replication Technology

This paper discusses the implementation considerations, data flow, and a test reference architecture to optimize large-scale environments. This test suite covers the integration of VMware with EMC Avamar, EMC Replication Manager, and an EMC CLARiiON array. There are many ways to back up VMware within enterprise environments.
