Oracle Application Server 10g R3 (10.1.3) is a significant new release of the core service-oriented architecture platform underlying Oracle Fusion Middleware. It is designed to provide a standards-based, mission critical platform for organizations deploying service oriented architectures. Central to Oracle Application Server 10g R3 is the enterprise application server and its underlying grid computing infrastructure. However, beyond this, key components of the broader Oracle Fusion Middleware platform will be deeply integrated with Oracle Application Server 10g R3.
