Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) wanted to gain the ability to track and access corrective and preventative maintenance data in real time - enabling the OHSU to comply with stringent healthcare regulatory requirements and enable OHSU to effectively manage capital projects and maintenance initiatives simultaneously to optimize the use of its resources.
