Oxford Innovation is the UK's leading operator of Innovation Centres, providing flexible office and lab space for over 350 high growth technology companies. The company also delivers a range of business support programmes that raise funding for start-up and growing companies throughout the UK. Oxford Innovation submitted a successful funding bid to UKRC's Champions for Flexibility Scheme. The outputs of the one-to-one support to the SMEs ranged from the simple acknowledgement by one business of the benefits of employing future staff on flexible terms to the development and implementation of a brand new flexible working policy by an SME employing 35 people.
