Performance Analysis of the HP StorageWorks Enterprise Virtual Array Storage Systems Using HP StorageWorks Command View EVAPerf

Many performance monitoring tools and utilities are available for host (server) and storage array network (SAN) infrastructure. These tools measure the workload that the host presents to an attached EVA and provide an indication of the ability of the array to process the load. This paper provides guidelines and techniques for analyzing the data provided by HP StorageWorks Command View EVAPerf and detailed information on the data it presents.
