Pinsent Masons Excels in Application Performance Troubleshooting

The merger between Pinsent and Masons created a U.K. top ten law firm with more than 240 partners, a legal team of 900 people and over 1,500 staff in total. After a merger, Pinsent Masons was faced with the challenge of bringing together two completely different networks in order to create an IT infrastructure that would support and drive the business forward. Pinsent Masons enlisted the help of Internetwork Management Systems (IMS) which provided a performance management solution, based on Compuware's Vantage suite, via a Managed Consultative Service (MCS).
