Possibility Of Evaluation And Development Of Competitiveness In The Internationalization Process Of SME's

Topic of internationalization of SMEs is very important. There are a lot of viewpoints, which could be very interesting both for theory and practice. Main theme of this paper is competitiveness of the Czech SMEs in the internationalization process and, in this context, changes in their management. The question is how changes in management of SMEs reflect the internationalization process and what exactly has been changed in management of SMEs with respect to the internationalization process. Not all competitive strategies selected by the Czech SMEs are sustainable and suitable.
