Process Management Technique Using 6 Sigma Tools and PSP

As the knowledge-based society has been constructed, the size of work process that has to be done grows big and the amount of the information that has to be analyzed increases. So the necessity of the process management and improvement has been required highly. This paper suggests the process management method to support a company's survival strategy to get the competitive power in difficult situation to predict future business environment. The suggested process management method applies the tools used in six sigma and PSP to Process definition, execution and measure phases. So this process management method supports to attain the goal within market's requiring time.
