Project Manager Vs. Project Leader

Projects are businesses in microcosm - pretty much every function that is needed to make a business successful is needed to make a project successful. You'll never hear a CEO say that their company doesn't need leaders or leadership because they have management, and yet that seems to be the norm for many projects. As PMs (Project Managers), you have a responsibility to provide leadership to your teams as well as all of the skills required of project management. This takes effort, but the rewards are immense - for the teams, the company and the project manager?or should that be project leader?
