Public Relations System for Mobile Learning

In this paper, the authors proposed an automatic pushing system, whereby the users of mobile devices set their preferences on the Internet and receive 'Pushed' contents, which are a variety of multimedia services such as study notes, memos, wise sayings, or headline news, depending on what type of contents receivers are willing to be pushed for free. Anyone who wants to perform public relations can distribute PR messages with user-friendly contents that are differentiated from existing advertisement e-mail, which is considered spam by most. They conducted a questionnaire survey of users and their occupations.
