Receipt Of Non-Refundable Deposit

This is a template for receipt of non-refundable deposit toward the purchase of property being sold in a real estate transaction. Seller agrees to remove the property from the market until balance of purchase price is paid. Buyer acknowledges that the deposit is non-refundable. Seller will retain the deposit as damages if buyer cannot complete the transaction.
