Reinforcement Of Success Of Strategic Alliance Of Small And Medium Enterprises In The Czech Republic

The paper analyses the question of co-operation between companies. This particular issue is topical especially having in mind the high level of competition in the economics, which can be described as globalized. Effective and controlled co-operation then represents the tool, by means of which they can reach competitive advantages, enabling the prosperity under the conditions, which are still developing, for the companies. Furthermore, the paper concerns the issue of formation and control of alliance co-operation of small and medium enterprises in the conditions of entrepreneurial environment of the Czech Republic.
