Due to large bandwidth and high speed data requirement, the present means of communication needs constant updates. Wavelength Division Multiplexing (WDM) technology is very promise to meet the present day data traffic. It is raised in a situation that after the initial deployment of optical networks, service providers often need to upgrade resources to accommodate increasing traffic demand. This can be achieved through traffic grooming and considerable study is done on static traffic grooming. Most studies on Dynamic traffic grooming focused on designing effective algorithms to achieve better performance (typical blocking probability with given resources such as wavelength and transponders).
