Ring In The Rubble

Rather than waste energy worrying about not having a job, pour that energy into finding another one. Certainly, worries are normal, and you can expect negative emotions to creep in regardless. That's part of the rubble. Change brings uncertainty, and often uncertainty brings fear. The key is to not let that fear immobilize you, but use it as energy to propel you forward. Mentally stay in the moment and the What If sack won't become too full. To keep yourself free from the burdens that hold you down and hold you back, practice letting go of both resentments from the past and worries about the future. It's important to learn from the past, but not live in it; to plan for the future, but not act as if the worst-case scenario has already played out.
