Russian Telecom Builds Operations Support Center on HP BladeSystem

Open Joint Stock Company (OJSC) Multiregional TransitTelecom (MTT) is a national operator of domestic long-distance and international communication services in the Russian Federation. MTT wanted to deploy a platform to provide uninterruptible service quality management. MTT Integrated the Telcordia Granite Network Resource Inventory (NRI) System with Oracle Database Management System (DBMS) and BEA WebLogic Server-all supported by the HP BladeSystem.
