SAP CRM Improves Service Quality and Boosts Policy Sales
As Austria's largest insurance group with an additional strong presence in central and Eastern Europe, Wiener Stadtische must defend its market share in the face of growing international competition. Stadtische Versicherung AG began to modernize its electronic data processing systems; the need for a leading-edge Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution for its 2,500 field sales representatives became apparent. The existing software did not offer enough flexibility, functionality, and back-end integration needed by Wiener Stadtische to remain competitive in the long term. To provide mobile access to comprehensive customer information, Wiener Stadtische decided to implement the SAP Customer Relationship Management (SAP CRM) application.
