SAP Educational Services Steps in to Keep Operations Running Smoothly

The Mobiliar Group, Switzerland's oldest private insurer, found itself up against a wall when the departure of key members of its SAP Customer Competence Center (SAP CCC) severely curtailed the organization's ability to serve its internal customers. The SAP CCC provides user support and strategic advice, and performs project management tasks. Needless to say, Mobiliar urgently needed to replace lost SAP skills, especially as the company was set to launch a major implementation project for mySAP Insurance.
