Satuit Sees 59% Traffic Increase to Software-as-a-Service Application While Doubling Subscriber Capacity

Founded in 1994, Satuit Technologies, Inc. - based in Massachusetts - is a global leader in On-Demand and On-Premise vertical market Sales Force Automation (SFA) and Client Relationship Management (CRM) solutions. At end of 2006, an important Australian client was experiencing poor performance when it accessed Satuit's CRM suite over the Web. The customer recognized the low total-cost-of-ownership value of the on-demand model, but it needed better application performance to take full advantage of Satuit's industry-leading software. Even though Internet performance issues are ultimately out of the control, their customers expect them to deliver highly responsive applications. With Akamai in place, they're able to do that.
