Save a File

When the user saves a file, he or she can save it to a folder on the hard disk drive, a network location, disk, DVD, CD, the desktop, flash drive, or another storage location. The user must identify the target location in the Save in list. Otherwise, the saving process is the same, regardless of what location one chooses. The user should save the file frequently while he or she is working on it to avoid losing data because of an unexpected power failure or other problem.
