Source: Academy Publisher
Bidding process in traditional way requires a lot of manpower and material resources and because of regional restrictions, bidding information suffers from narrow spread, limiting the choice space of bidding and thereby restricting the business development of bidding. The openness and extensive coverage of Internet make up for the deficiency of traditional way of bidding, and with B/S model providing a information network platform for tenderee and tenderer, it is possible to realize bidding process in Internet and transform the traditional way to a simpler, more convenient and quicker process by use of the low operating cost and wide coverage of Internet, lowering the bidding cost and bringing the biggest benefit to the company.
