SHOP: Small Business Health Care Reform

The currently dismal system of health-care coverage is a small business issue. It skews prices and other things in a way that makes it easier for larger corporations to insure their employees, giving them a competitive advantage for attracting the best and the brightest; and it makes it extremely expensive for those small businesses that do offer coverage.
