Sistema de Retiro para Maestros wanted to establish a robust, highly available IT infrastructure to provide transparency and visibility of financial data for pension funds and centralize financial information to facilitate quick access and processing of up-to-date information for beneficiaries (active and retired teachers). The challenge was to automate accounting procedures to accelerate response times for transactions related to loans and benefits and streamline compliance with reporting requirements and government regulations.
