Skillsarena is a small company with a massive market opportunity. The recruitment process can be both lengthy and costly, so getting it right first time round is absolutely essential. Although Skillsarena had fully embraced new technology to create a service that provided numerous benefits over other traditional players, it had to communicate that message to an occasionally skeptical audience. With a limited budget, Skillsarena had to promote itself as the ideal partner for HR departments at large organisations as well as recruitment agencies that served them. Aspectus designed an issues-based campaign that targeted the call centre press, looking at issues surrounding customer service and the role recruitment played in countering the competition from cheaper off-shore suppliers.
