The following information resulted from a multiple-question survey posted in November 2008 asking company leaders and marketing decision-makers about their public relations agencies. The main objective was to determine which PR firms are best attuned to social media and are developing the most beneficial social programs for their clients. It was also designed to determine the answer to, "Is social media even what PR agency clients want?"
