Solution Provider Speeds Up Maintenance Shifts by 80%

Dijital Majik Computer Clinic, Inc. (DMCC) is a rapidly growing IT service provider with customers in a variety of industries, from education to health care, from independent businesses to legal services, and from industrial supply to manufacturing. DMCC wanted to reduce truck rolls and improve efficiencies for routine maintenance tasks. The challenge was to find enough skilled technicians to provide high-quality services. DMCC conducted a pilot of PCs based on Intel Core2 processor with Intel vPro technology to find out how the built-in hardware-based capabilities in these PCs could improve remote management and security tasks.
