Standards Australia - Aligning IT and the Business to Ensure Organisational Success
As the nation's peak non-government standards body, Standards Australia is responsible for the development, review and acceptance of standards, working on behalf of the Australian community. Standards Australia's IT environment had undergone a major change, with SA de-merging from a long-standing partnership with their technology services provider, SAI Global. The organisation was divided after part of the business spun off into SAI Global and listed on the Australian Stock Exchange and there was a need for re-branding, as well as the challenge of building its IT team and resources from the ground up. Adaptra implemented a staged solution for Standards Australia namely technology capability review, prioritisation of business needs and implementation of recommendations.
