TAKE Enterprise Case Study: Epilepsy Phenome/Genome Project (EPGP)

The EPGP consortium has a Research Business need to build a web-based application suite that supports a variety of EPGP Study Management tasks and Operations which involve Patient Recruitment, Informed Consent, Participant Activity Tracking, Specimen Tracking and more. Considering the volume of patients, number of sites and resources, they needed a robust end-to-end application which could help manage the recruitment, sites, and data collection with access to real time data. The Chief Information Officer of the University of California pulled together a team of internal staff and external partners to build a Clinical Trial/Site Management application for patient recruitment, patient activity, specimen tracking, site management, and various other activities.
