TCCT of Thailand Relieson IBM XIV Storage

TCC Group, one of Thailand's largest conglomerates, is active across a variety of business sectors. TCCT needed to meet rising demands for availability, performance, scalability and recoverability across three classes of data storage: files, enterprise messaging and mission-critical applications. They chose IBM to overcome these challenges. Two IBM XIV-Storage Systems, with XIV remote mirroring across two data centers, providing a single pool of fast, low-cost storage to support virtualized SAP ERP and Microsoft Exchange landscapes. The result of deploying IBM were the XIV systems delivered a 20-percent performance improvement over the previous solution, with less complexity and lower costs. Built-in mirroring enables rapid disaster recovery at no extra cost.
