TechNet Webcast: Understanding Group Policy (Part 1 of 3) (Level 200)

Group Policy in Microsoft Windows Server 2003 has almost 1,000 configurable settings. This webcast begins by guiding the attendee through the terms and concepts used in the Group Policy environment. It explains what Group Policy is, what Group Policy Objects (GPOs) are, and how GPOs are applied to users and computers. The presenter explains the benefits of using Group Policy, how to create a test and staging environment, and how to use the two most common tools used to manage Group Policy, the Group Policy Management Console and the Group Policy Object Editor.
