Swisscom engaged in a Microsoft Services Platform Rationalization effort to optimize its core infrastructure, business productivity infrastructure, and application platform. Two on-site Microsoft consultants, including a Business Strategy Consultant (BSC) and an IT Architecture and Planning Advisor, guide these efforts including Microsoft Office SharePoint Server.
