The Auto Club Group - AAA Attains Executive-Level Visibility Into Critical Application Performance
As part of an effort to modernize, The Auto Club Group - AAA sought to convert its core Sales and Service application from a Windows to an AIX environment. AAA needed a systematic and effective method of monitoring the performance of its critical sales and services application, instead of relying on anecdotal reports. The Auto Club Group - AAA used Vantage as the focal point for visibility into the experience of the end users of the sales and services application. The IT team set up a war room and immediately put Vantage on the big screen as network, server and application personnel worked together with executive management to quickly diagnose the source of the problem and determine their course of action.
