The City of Calgary Ensures Data Accuracy and Uniformity for More Than 700 Users

The City of Calgary wanted to standardize work order and asset management processes across a merged water and sewer utility - known as Water Resources and Water Services and streamline processes and create clear and uniform visibility into work order and asset management processes. The challenge was to gain the ability to apply map or visual representations to work orders and simplify the IT infrastructure supporting the city's Water Resources and Water Services business units. The City of Calgary implemented Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Management to create a centralized system for improved work order, service request, and asset management across the city's Water Resources and Water Services business units.
