The CUMIS Group Limited Cuts Testing Cycles From Weeks to Hours With Application Testing Solution

CUMIS Group Limited (CUMIS) wanted to launch a Web application based on .NET to allow customers to calculate insurance premiums and enroll in coverage online and ensure thorough and accurate system testing to avoid the costs - both financial and customer service related - associated with calculation errors. The challenge was to provide an automated tool to enable the company to complete a high volume of acceptance testing in a short period of time to meet required deadlines. CUMIS selected Oracle Functional Testing for Web Applications, a part of Oracle Application Testing suite, to enable automated functional testing, load testing, and test process management for CUMIS' Web-based, customer-facing iCLIC premium calculation and policy application system.
