The Formula for Project Success
Source: AtTask
We can learn a lot about project management from NASA's race to the moon. However,
successfully managing work isn't rocket science. It begins with aligning corporate strategy and
workforce execution, and includes an engaged workforce. What's more, a successful work
management approach must address the needs of everyone involved in the project management
process from executive stakeholders to project managers and individual team members to be
successful. Regardless of whether the projects are highly structured or prototypical and ad hoc,
the right work management approach can be the formula for success in any organization.
