The Impact of Knowledge Based Conceptual Model in Evaluating Software Architecture

Software architectural evaluation becomes a vital practice in software engineering community for developing quality software. Architectural evaluation reduces software development effort, costs and flaws in the early stages of the software development. Knowledge management is a key factor for enhancing decision making in Software Architecture (SA) evaluation. In this paper, knowledge based conceptual model is presented to enhance the efficiency and focus of the SA evaluation process and validated using a suitable case study.
