Astia is a global, non-profit organization dedicated to helping women to become better entrepreneurs and leaders of high-growth, innovative businesses. Doing It Right is only the first stage of the life-long, Astia membership. The program is intended to enlighten entrepreneurs as to how the investment community thinks and the fundamental challenges of running a fast-growth business. It's inspiring to have strong, entrepreneurial women as role models. On the first day, one found themselves in a room full of other successful women entrepreneurs, and during breaks one had ample time to get to know each other.
