The Joint Service-Oriented Integration Platform of Fujitsu and Software AG Improves the Efficiency of the German Federal Securities Administration's Call Centers
The German Federal Securities Administration (BWpV) plays a significant role in Germany's debt management. BWpV wanted new interactive options for customers using telephone banking with Seamless integration of new concepts into a Service-Oriented Architecture. To master these challenges BWpV chose Fujitsu. Fujitsu deployed Service-Oriented Architecture, Business Process Management and Information Integration. With these solutions BWpV were able to improved customer service with a simultaneous reduction in the Call Center workload.
