The Lost Art Of Asking For Help

Do you resist asking for help - until it's your last resort? You're not alone. In this paper the author lists some of the reasons why people often delay a valid request for help until they have reached the point of desperation. The author writes: One may ask too late because one don't recognize early enough that one actually have a need to be filled. One may not see the whole picture, so the help one ask for satisfied only part of the need. One may ask the wrong person or people to help with the request. The requests may be so unclear that others may not understand that one need help at all.
