The Regional Coordination Programs of RIVM Improves Monitoring Processes and Ensures Data Security

The Regional Coordination Programs (RCP) wanted to develop a solution that accelerates and optimizes the transfer of dossiers between different regions of the organization and guarantee the security of child dossiers and child data by storing in a central database. The challenge was to provide employees in the various regions with complete information to enable evaluation and judgment of the lab results of heel pricks and establish more uniformity in the evaluation and judgment of additional vaccinations. RCP implemented Praeventis using Oracle development tools and Oracle Database that created one central system enabling RIVM/RCP to more effectively and continuously monitor three million registered children, regardless of changes in address.
